A little ballerina must have a lot of flexability in order to create the wide stance needed to perform a "grande jette".
I took a little hiatus from Illustration Friday in order to concentrate on other challenges, but last night's sketch seems to fit the theme this week. And...I've missed sharing! Hello everyone!

ReplyDeleteIt's kinda funny, but one thing that I like seeing is a bit of the sketchbook binding on a scan.
I like it because it brings the sketch into the "real world" in a way that makes it feel like we're peeking over your shoulder.
I can feel she is flying, I can feel the wind is blowing, I can feel she is enjoying it!
