I picked up two perfect and beautiful leaves yesterday and put them on a shelf here in my art room and would have certainly forgotten them until they were all dried out if I hadn't seen this post today.
Beautiful. When all the trees have changed it looks like nature's furnace. After practically no summer at all we are seeing the leaves begin to change in New England. I look forward to the change, but it brings the realization that snow is soon on its way.
