    This one made me smile. I love the dog's shadow ! It's so funny.

    I'm sorry I've been over here so little these last times, but I'm trying to cope with a great workload, only things I don't like to do, of course.

    I love the monochromatic style of this one ... conveys evening time really well! Did you use blue toned paper for this? What kind of pencil did you use? I swear Kate, your techniques astound me sometimes. I come away asking, "How'd she do that?!"

    i am SUCH a kathleen fan....love love this. reminds me of sendak...sweet simple lines and shapes, tones that speaks volumes for the little scene. effortless.
