It wasn't easy deciding what to post for this Random Fact #5. But I decided to post drawings of my dad. You can see more childhood drawings by clicking the heading "Artwork From My Childhood" to the right of this blog.

  1. Ah, great Dad drawings Kate! You really have been an artist all your life! I wouldn't be surprised if you were born with a crayon in your hand! I love that you post these because it really shows your love for art has always been a part of you. It's really neat to see.

  4. So cool, Kate. Every time I question why Jenni and I have sealed plastic tubs our kids' artwork, I'll think of your post. :)

  9. Your daddy was five? :)

Great pictures, seriously. Nothing's better than you kids' drawings of you. When I was in the army, I didn't have any kids- so the neighbor's drew pictures and sent them to me for me to put in my locker. It really made me smile.

  14. Thanks, Kate, for your kind comments regarding my father. I noticed you're a chiropractic assistant. I'm studying myofascial release trigger point therapy. Wow, it does wonders for headaches, and other pains. I may not have go to back to my chiropractor again to have my neck put back in. Since I started working on myself, my headaches are gone. No more Tylenol.
