This is so true! I hate wearing it! Makes me feel uncomfortable. Great illo and idea, Kate!
What an adorable illustration for "backwards"! I love the way the boy is looking backward in that oh so embarrassed way. Spot on Kate!
You can feel so vulnerable wearing a hospital gown...like you're on show to the world or something. Great take for IF! I love your illustration.....too cute ~ :)
Adorabile! are so tender and defenseless child and his little rabbit
How cute. I love his innocent face. Great job.

Sweet perfection! And it looks like his little friend needs hospital care as well :(
Yeah, really! Great, simple, charming illo Kate. Also, congrats on the feature and commission--well deserved.

Too cute as always! What a clever idea for this topic. That poor little guy looks so surprised.
perfect !!! my little boy hated wearing a "johnny" as they call them....I love that the bunny has a bandage too :)
love the innocent look of the boy and the pity bunny, it's seems more serious injured!
Great idea, well done. And I definitely can identify.
Well done...I wonder who the person was that came up with that contraption...
Oh this is so cute Kate!! I love your kid's faces! They are so sweet and unique looking. They always look like real kids. Love that! I think that is not easy to do and you always do it perfectly. And look at the poor bunny too...awww.. so cute :o)
Super cute! I agree, there is no way to be dignified in a hospital gown. Although, some local hospitals in Cleveland have been working on a redesign that wraps around the front more like a robe, so there's hope for the future!
The little bunny is a nice touch, cute illustration!
Does anyone feel a draft?!Cute!
Ha! This is an awesome take on the topic. Great painting technique too.

Those things are so embarassing. Nice illo too; it really shows suprise and indignity.
