Awww this is very cute Kate! I love the way she is looking at the sky like that. And it seems like rain is coming with the wind and the low clouds but she is enjoying every minute of it :o)
I think she's daydreaming about something and enjoying being outdoors. I love her clothes (I have a pair of shorts just like hers lol) ... in fact, I always enjoy your character's clothes because they're always age appropriate and fun and colorful! And yes, your black and white drawings are colorful too!
